We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee with reduced shipping costs. Only lamp shades can be returned, all other items are final sales. We do not offer free return shipping labels. 15 days from the moment you place your order.
If you return a product other than what you purchased, we will not refund your

Please note that we do not offer prepaid postage and do not pay for returns
Our customer service staff will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We appreciate customers contacting us, but please note - we do not respond to emails on weekends and bank holidays. We also ask customers not to send messages about returns or order status directly on social media platforms as we get so many messages that they can easily get lost. If customers would like to inquire about their order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with their full name and order number.
*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office or mail handler (or authorities if theft is suspected).
*We urge customers to double check their shipping address when placing an order as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer. In this case, the package will be shipped to the wrong address provided, or USP, DHL (or other selected carrier) will return it to our warehouse.
If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points corresponding to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Can I exchange it? :
To be exchanged, the item must be returned in the same condition it was originally shipped to you or it will not be eligible for exchange. Specials are not eligible for return or exchange. For any questions about communication and eligibility, please email email@example.com. Please wait up to 48 hours for a response. The exchange does not begin processing the return until the return is received, and processing times vary depending on your location.

If the package is lost or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the last scan date.
