We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee with reduced shipping costs. Only lamp shades can be returned, all other items are final sales. We do not offer free return shipping labels. 15 days from the moment you place your order.
If you return a product other than what you purchased, we will not refund your
Refund. To start the return process, please email help@othercolormakeup.com.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Please note that we do not offer prepaid postage and do not pay for returns

Our customer service staff will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We appreciate customers contacting us, but please note - we do not respond to emails on weekends and bank holidays. We also ask customers not to send messages about returns or order status directly on social media platforms as we get so many messages that they can easily get lost. If customers would like to inquire about their order, please email help@othercolormakeup.com with their full name and order number.

*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office or mail handler (or authorities if theft is suspected).

*We urge customers to double check their shipping address when placing an order as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer. In this case, the package will be shipped to the wrong address provided, or USP, DHL (or other selected carrier) will return it to our warehouse.

Gift returns.

If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points corresponding to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.


Can I exchange it? :

To be exchanged, the item must be returned in the same condition it was originally shipped to you or it will not be eligible for exchange. Specials are not eligible for return or exchange. For any questions about communication and eligibility, please email help@othercolormakeup.com. Please wait up to 48 hours for a response. The exchange does not begin processing the return until the return is received, and processing times vary depending on your location.

othercolormakeup.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, carrier mishandling, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information (including express options). Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost packages after they have been marked as delivered. It is up to the customer to reach out to their local post office or mail handler (or authorities if there is a suspect of theft).

We urge our customers to double check their delivery address when placing the order as we do not take responsibility for packages that have been sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In this case, the package will either be delivered to the incorrect address provided OR USPS (or other selected carrier) will return it to our warehouse.

OTHERCOLOR is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
